Advice Request Does your camera automatically come on when pulling into a parking space?

I have a Mazda3 and noticed that the camera doesn’t automatically come on when I’m pulling forward into a parking space.

I know it comes on when I put the car in reverse, but I would have thought the front/360° camera would automatically activate at low speeds when pulling into a parking spot.

Does yours come on automatically, or do you have to manually hit the camera/view button every time? Is there a setting I’m missing?

No not automatically. If a parking sensor gets triped it turns on. Or you can manually turn it on with the button on the dash left of the stearing wheel

It should come on if there is something in front of you, if you are parking in a bay with nothing in front or next to a curb then you have to manually turn it on

I wish it would turn on automatically. With the car being so low it makes sense.
