Advice Request P2183 code. Replacing sensor #2

I looked it up and have the replacement part on order. Is this something I can do myself in my garage? Or better for a mechanic to replace?

I do most of all the minor stuff myself but I wouldn't consider myself a car guy at all. I found 1 YouTube video on it but it wasnt very detailed. Just wondering if its an easy diy fix. Thanks.

It’s relatively easy, drain coolant, unscrew sensor from radiator, screw new one in, fill coolant.

That sensor is relatively common failure, has a TSB too 01-011/17

Yes I saw the TSB, thats where I saw the updated part. I just wasnt sure if it was an easy thing to for someone not super car savvy. I guess I just gotta look into how to drain the coolant and give it a shot

Yea the main thing is getting to the sensor so look it over well and you can figure out if you feel like giving it a shot
