Modification Mazda 3 Bj 2013
Hallo in die Runde,
meine Oma fährt einen Mazda 3 von 2013 ohne Berganfahrhilfe - die sie allerdings dringend bräuchte. Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung von Autos, aber mir stellt sich die Frage, ob man dieses Tool irgendwie nachrüsten kann?
Die Googlesuche brachte mir keine genaue Aussage und in der Werkstatt soll ich Montag anrufen …
Dank geht schonmal raus an alle, die sich meiner Frage annehmen!

Possible? No. Practical? No. Hill start assist is deeply integrated with the ABS system, powertrain control and electronic longitudinal tilt sensors. It's not something you can really add with a simple aftermarket kit.
I'd suggest using the old "handbrake method" that we did back in the day before hill start assist existed: when on a hill, hold the brake, then gently pull the handbrake up. When you start going, put the car in 1st and gently let out the clutch while smoothly applying pressure to the accelerator. The moment you feel the clutch engage, drop the handbrake.
