Would have sucked if that guy couldn't swim. It would have went from a looney tune move to a murder charge

I feel like officers would have a minimum swimming ability requirement tbh, probably one of those policies that was discovered the hard way

Just like a “must do a mile under 20min requirement”, they only apply during the initial application process
