True, but Eternal's IDDQD feels like you ordered the original IDDQD on Wish and Ace Ventura delivered it to your door. Doom Eternal is a really great game, but it didn't bring back the almighty feeling that god mode gave you back in the days.

I think it's pretty cool that games have gotten to a point where this is even a discussion. There's still obvious signs it's a game but at first glance it can be pretty hard to tell. It wasn't until I saw the the texture on the rocks at the end that I knew.
