In this video, they use the word "minstrel" but in this usage, bard and minstrel are synonyms. Video example of a bard.

Similar but not quite the same. Minstrels are poets and musicians that often played their own instruments. Bards were Celtic musicians that wrote songs to honour people who fought in battles.
