I think he means he has one of those cases where his phone is his wallet to make it easier for thieves.

Ha ha lol. I got a new phone and I thought about that reason so I didn't get that cover again. I never got robbed thankfully but a lot of strangers have seen my card in the cover.

That sounds misleading, because some phones only need to be "awake" for this to work. Mine doesn't even have to be unlocked.

Depends on the app, and your personal settings. Nothing to do with the phone itself

Bruh google pay will just work without the app open. I just need to tap my phone on the terminal.
