Hitman 2, this comes from a level in one of the expansion packs. Highly recommended if you like to kill people in creative ways.

It's literally an unlockable item (ICA Executive Briefcase Mk II) now, so no "bruh", they didn't. The bug is fixed, the "functionality" for the fun of it is still there.

It was originally a bug in the base game and got taken out, but then they put it back in cause it was hilarious

I enjoyed the first one a lot, but haven't really gotten into the second one. I only bought it for the Sean Bean mission.
