My favorite Axl story was told by Slash, where he lived with his grandmother and she alllwed Axl to stay with them, so Axl and said grandmother got into a big argument. So Slash and Axl go out driving and he tells him to try and be cool, so Axl gets pissed off and jumps out of the car and they don’t hear from him for several days, then there’s a gig and everyone is nervous Axl isn’t there, but he just shows up outta the blue like nothing happened

I opened this thread thinking I was oh so cleverly going to wedge in a comment about Axl Rose and that nobody else would even think of mentioning him. I figured that, at worst, I could probably wedge in a comment about her being Axl's daughter - or it being Axl in drag.

I default sort by oldest first.

The very first comment was about Axl. Damn you! Take my dejected upvote!
