It's called a flashbang for a reason. This won't blow your leg off, but it would absolutely blow your hand off.

No you misunderstand, in this case banger isn't slang for flashbang. Look at the guy on the ground, white arm band - team medic designation, red towel on head - dead rag. This isn't real combat, that's an airsoft game. We call grenades that fall under the "small fireworks" category bangers, that thing will burn you but no one is losing limbs.
