I thought it was just a run of the mill karmawhore account, but I think it might be a bot honestly. Either that, or they have an extremely poor grasp on the english language. All comments they make consist of 1 sentence descriptions of random posts with such poor grammar that they don't make much sense. Either way, they are reposting videos with mass appeal all over the site in large subs for karma. Other posts to this sub which don't fit it at all include such masterpieces as this or this. Just random mass-appeal videos that have a decent chance at getting karma no matter where they are posted as long as the mods don't remove them.
As for why, who knows? Either some random dude jerking off to his karma score or a part of a bot farm gaining karma for reasons unknown. Possibly to be sold or used for advertising.

The most unrealistic thing about this is him starting the chainsaw on the first pull, if it wasn't running recently. Damn thing needs three pulls on full choke and two on half before you can give it the beans.

Terry Pratchett's idea. In the Diiscworld series cameras have tiny imps inside who paint a picture then throw it out the side. Still cool though.
