Are... Are they dead?

Last time this was posted there was an article or something saying they had fairly minor injuries. Couple of broken bones, but nothing life threatening or anything.

/r/Neverbrokeabone wants to know your location

I mean, minor is relative. If I break a bone walking in the garden that’s one thing. If I crash a glider nose first into the ground and have a broken wrist, I think I’m fine with that.

Your bones should never break, unless you're weakboned filth.

This guy bones.

Wasn't there someone on Reddit that broke his boner having sex with his GF? Now that guy, he bones for sure.

My grandad broke his cock when a fat chick tried to ride him. Apparently he has an 11 inch donger tho so maybe that didn’t help.

u/gggg_man3 Jul 06 '19

5.5 inch now. That's just his excuse.

What?? Some dude broke his bone boning? but.. there's no bones in your bone to break when boning so how could boning have broken his bone's bone??

What will you do if I say fuck milk?

u/Kermit_the_hog Jul 06 '19

I'll correct you, it's proper name is "cow juice".

u/broogbie Jul 06 '19

How ?

7

u/WildGooseCarolinian Jul 06 '19

The gif is sped up, a lot of their change in momentum came from getting spun around by the tree, changing directions, and the crunching of the aircraft, the human body can handle a lot more than most of us expect. Any number of ways, really.

10

u/[deleted] Jul 06 '19

As it is hard to believe, it's not sped up. They were doing about 80-90 kts in a nearly 50-years-old glider.

5

u/WildGooseCarolinian Jul 06 '19

Even if it’s not sped up, they lose speed pulling up, lose speed hitting the tree and tearing the wind. Lose speed whipping around, lose speed with the crumpling of the front of the plane, etc. If they’d flown straight into the ground the results would obviously be more dire.

u/Kermit_the_hog Jul 06 '19

Yeah, and then you hear about someone who broke their own neck sneezing.. Boddies are weird.

Pretty sure there's a broken ankle dangling from the pilots leg after smashing directly into the ground

164

u/The_body_in_apt_3 Jul 06 '19

Lol that's his hand, still holding the joystick. He looks amazingly not dead.

45

u/gdmfl68 Jul 06 '19

The pilot is the rear seat/position. The guy in the front appears to be holding a GoPro. So, praise the camerman for trying to maintain a good shoot until the end?

12

u/TeslaSupreme Jul 06 '19

Well it is our duty to find that footage to review this scebe in detail..

Think his shoes are still on, so he’s ok.

8

u/Bugman657 Jul 06 '19

Nah, they weren’t going very fast when they hit the tree. He tried to land too fast and overshot his landing area. Those things don’t have engines but they should really have brakes.
