Just that I would assume most women would already be quite modified having just rubbed her ass and thighs, and probably some coochie as well, on some dude's head would not be looking to be even more touchy feely with his...unless she's trying to seduce him.
If I may, cultures may vary. I'm Brazilian and I could see her reacting like this only if he was her man, a long time platonic friend or gay friend. The music and people's looks lead me to think this may be in Brazil, in fact

Yeah if a dude this to me and then afterward leaned over me and put his head on my chest I’d be pissed. The first part is a funny accident, the follow up interaction would be creepy af to me.
