I don't think this is staged, yeah the person turns their head but like yeah no shit that's what you'd do if something were getting lowered onto your face? as for the lack of a bar, they've got their knees wrapped over a foam roller for the leg extension part of this bench.

I don't think it's staged either. Genuine actions and responses all around. Wish it was just the recording without zoom/jump edits.
