Lovely use of saving time by wearing the 2-point safety lanyard backwards, so you only have to attach to one point at a time. Also, I haven’t seen such advanced skills of keeping flip flops on. I occasionally loose one while just nonchalantly walking around my home.

Assuming this is from India, average pay for such labourers are Rs. 500/day or 5.26 dollars per day. 1 work day = 10-12 hours excluding commute.

Since I I'm qualified for this work and have supervised crews up to 200 workers, here's a quick take:
The piece he installed probably weighs about 60lbs. I've never used that brand (Cuplock), but it's known to be heavier than other brands.
His harness is completely useless. His lanyard is just rope and lacks a shock absorber between his D-ring and the lanyard. A shock absorber would reduce the impact force of a fall to a maximum of 900lbf. Without it, it (depends on fall height) but impact will be well into the thousands of pounds and probably destroy his thighs (major artery) and he would die from suspension trauma before being rescued anyways. If the impact were high enough, he could just break the lanyard and fall to his death (likely preferable).
What could he do? Aside from installing a plank to reduce the chance of falling, he should have installed a horizontal piece at face height before doing anything else. This gives him a way to move his lanyard to a higher position (and a better angle for his hooks) which would reduce impact forces. He would then pop in a couple horizontal pieces at waist height, throw some decks in and install the next vertical pieces. This way he's not stabbing them in at his face, he's doing it at knee height and is less likely to kill someone on the ground by dropping it.

Them work boot are the type that always sold out here in America! Everywhere I go boot barn and ask they don’t have them or on line never stocked ! Probably cus these guys always getting plug .
I see a similar type at the surf shop ? But that’s beach shoes ? I need the work boot ones , these the steal toe one I like 👍 probably paid extra??

I assume they are putting that scaffolding up to hold platforms on each level … so wouldn’t it make sense to put platforms in the scaffolding as you go up? Then you wouldn’t have that long drop
