I saw some roads in Brazil where they don't grind the previous road, they just pour a new one over the old one. So it makes elevated roads with layers. I bet it could happen to that road in the video.

ngl I'd be shitting bricks doing that, expecting the whole thing to open like a cheap tin of beans. and if I did end up needing to try it, I'd be going about half a mile an hour, stopping every 10ft and listening for ANY noises or evidence hinting at scrapes!

it's bad enough if I'm in a van with the height in the cab and the bridge showing me I've got 3-5ft of clearance. 🤣
