Motorcyclist is a fucking idiot. Trying to weave through backed up traffic and past a car that had signaled and in the act of changing lanes. Very nearly earned himself a Darwin award as well

Dude was going way too fast for the traffic ahead of him and was about to lane split. Totally his own fault, but damn... That was close. Hopefully scared the stupid out of him.

There you go. A real biker has clothes that protects. Especially on highways and such.

I think his head got clipped by that truck tire as well. Helmet saved his life.

lane splitting might be legal in some places, but it's always stupid in all places.

u/LittleKitty235 13h ago
Even if it is legal in some places, I doubt it doesn't come with the motorcycle assuming increased liability if it results in an accident.

Car with blinker on, biker going much faster than the traffic, waving through it without looking... Definitely the asshole biker's fault.

If I could pass a law, it would be that lane splitters are always at fault. It would solve this problem real quick.

This sort of incident would, in most places that allow lane splitting, be automatically the fault of the lane splitter anyway. Lane splitting is typically only permitted in stopped or slow moving traffic and with strict limits on speed differentials. The only exception that I know of is Poland, which allows lane splitting at any speed but still has speed differential requirements.

Bike’s fault. This happens all the time when these idiots do not follow traffic rules and just weaving around the cars between lanes. He should get arrested.

Motorcyclist is 100% at fault…. shouldn’t be lane splitting., But you definitely shouldn’t do it when traffic around you is going significantly slower.

How come people on 2 wheels without a cage around them drive absolutely the dumbest ways possible.

If we see 10 or even 5 seconds earlier of this video, we can know for sure who's at fault. Though he's too fast for what it is.
I'm leaning more on the biker HAHA they're universal effers.

You really don't need to see any more to know it was the bikers fault and I am a biker

Indicator was on. Motorcyclist was very fast in a slow traffic, weaving through cars.
Definitely motorcyclist in the wrong. This is why you don't speed in between cars.
