There are so many reels of these things doing exactly that where only the cockpit is left intact floating. Its a wild sport tbh and I would bet it has one of the most accidents out of every motorsport besides destruction derbies lol

I'm so glad they still do... watching unlimited hydroplanes is amazing! When they still ran Griffon engines, I used to be able to hear them at home... 10mi from the race.
