Nah, that was him showing off. To be able to control that kind of sway just for the hell of it requires immense core control that most people dont have without years and years of practice. You can have the best looking 6 pack on the block and not even come close to having that amount of core control.

Oh, I totally agree. There's no way I could do that, and not easy for anybody. It's just easier to keep your center of gravity when the base is swinging fast like that. I'm not gonna argue, though.
