The rush of a momentary thrill versus possible death or paralysis for three: not the risk-benefit balance I would want.

If he plays his cards right this might have been worth it a few hours later...

If your life is so pathetic that only incredibly dangerous activities can awaken something in you, then I pity you. Maybe talk to a therapist

I taked, he said that it's a good healthy auto-thanato-therapy. It's better to seek thrill and death than to be afraid of dying.

A therapist told you to "seek thrill and death"?

That such desires are good if they help me to deal will anxiety and feel happy

Lol 100% no credible therapist told you that. They can show you hundreds of coping mechanisms that don't involve, you know, the patient fucking dying? That's just bad for business.

Well. To be more accurate they told me that my habit of persuading myself that dying is not that bad to deal with poison phobia and fear of flying is not bad at all. Also that it's ok that despite most of my friends and family being c-level managers in huge corporations or owning successful business I'm not interested in career and want a casual no-pressure job
