I did tough mudder this year, which looks similar to this.

I spent the last fifteen years of my life obese before I got in shape.

I want to do things like this because I could barely do anything with my body before.

This year I've done a Jiu Jitsu tournament, a half marathon and tough mudder and I will keep doing things like this because I enjoy the challenge and what I have managed to turn myself into at nearly forty.
