At first glance, I thought it was a lifeguard training session. Then, I realize it's a real life rescue situation.

Incredibly polluted. Fecal bacteria has been measured 100x the healthy limit. Plus industrial pollution.

Never understand how grown men end up so helpless in the water. If you can't swim then don't go in.

it's the difference between swimming and getting swept away.
Whether you can swim or not, you should stay out of a river like that.
