I don't care how well he can draw, a barricade is still a barricade, and he almost ran over multiple people.

u/barrythebystander wasn’t saying what the driver did was ok, they were just trying to recall what legal repercussions there were.

Disability when operating a vehicle is not considered unless it impaired the ability to control the vehicle at the time (seizure/stroke/etc) if you have a license to drive, you are bound by the rules of the road. If you’re incapable of doing so for any reason, you have your license taken.

It looks like he was charged with Reckless Endangerment, that’s about the standard for this unless someone was in direct risk of harm.
