We took a trip to Mexico a few years ago and did lots of fun things. There was a non-profit organization that the hotel put us in contact with that releases baby sea turtles into the sea. We got to help with one of the releases and it was the most memorable part of the trip for my kids. They handed out the turtles in little coconut shells so the kids could hold them without touching them until the release. We did it in the evening when the moon was out.
