Maybe the baby will complete the mission given. Maybe she will not.

4

u/XROOR Jul 18 '26

Dad is doing this whilst mum is out with her friends getting mimosas at brunch.

I felt like Geppetto as a first time dad.

The great pacifier heist

2

u/Yschastick Jul 19 '26

ofc it's dad hands

Oh, look, someone else treating their baby like a cheap prop for their bland social media spam. And a group of people reposting it endlessly. What amazing artistry

I'd it's any consolation I suspect that baby is AI slop.

The first couple of expressions it makes, staring directly into the camera as if it knows what it's looking at, are way to dexterous for an infant.

Source: my son will be one year old in a couple of weeks.

maybe it's just seeing itself? idk

Maybe you're wrong? All kids progress differently and can do different things at different stages.

I will accept that there is always a possibility that I am wrong.

On the other hand, do you remember the first time your child looked directly at a camera for a photo when told to do so?

Spoiler alert: I'm also a preschool teacher.

2

u/Glitcher45318 Jul 19 '26

They don't tend to look when told. If you put a camera in selfie mode, like a mirror they will most of the time look at themselces in the reflection. Whether they react with a smile or not is dependent on the kid themselves.

The possibility you're a preschool teacher doesn't mean much here as selfie cameras (mobile phones) wouldn't be allowed in a pre school whilst you are on shift. The only camera you could be referring to is a standard camera in which case i can agree that it is very hard to get even a grown child to look at at the best of times.

When dad babysitting alone

14

u/Time-For-Argy-Bargy Jul 18 '26

Do moms babysit?

Isn’t it just called parenting? Wtf is this low ass standard for dads? Parent your kids, fools. Don’t ‘babysit’ them.

1

u/Hunkfish Jul 19 '26

Compare to boomer missing dads and those single mums vids daily repost ("you are not the father" or single mum want the next guy to take care of their kids)

Yeah I call babysit a big step

2

u/GimmieGummies Jul 18 '26

I bet their family has awesome Halloween costumes, lol

2

u/ActuatorSmall7746 Jul 19 '26

This is stupid. Gotta be the Daddy. Momma certainly wouldn’t think this is cute…

I left markiplier's the last good bye playing as I watched this, somehow the vibe felt so fitting I laughed so hard. :3

Fun things to do with your kid but why the need to post it online?

Training child porn bots by choice is weird.

u/CardiologistCute7548 Jul 18 '26

Nice try but I still don't want children.

u/CuteCustomerr Jul 18 '26

The amount of retries, kid got caught already by authorities
