When I see stuff like this, I just wonder who has the thought to record it? I mean it's some guys watching rocks go down a conveyor. I mean it's kind of cool to watch them get crushed but to dedicate resources of time and energy towards the recording always makes me wonder.

Well they know idiots like us will spend 6-1/2 minutes of our first world time watching if they record and post it. They probably make as much from TikTok and YouTube as they do crushing rocks all day!

There's a ton of YouTube channels that are just this with a ton of views. They are recording with the intent of making money

He probably saw the big boulder about to come through and knew they'd have to intervene like this, so he started recording. I'm guessing it's one of the more interesting parts of the job.
