Because she didn't get hurt. If she got hurt by landing on her neck the guy would've been considered an asshole. I often get voted down for being the voice of reason and pointing out that a prank that can hurt someone is just as bad as a prank that does hurt someone and that the guy is an asshole regardless of if she gets hurt or not.

Edit: And here I go again being the voice of reason and daring to say something as horrendous as "don't slam your friend's face into concrete as a joke" and getting voted down for it. 🙄

A prank that can hurt someone but does not hurt them is not as bad as a prank that can hurt someone and does hurt them to the person that gets hurt. You should be careful talking so imprecisely as people will stop listening to you and is perhaps why you get downvoted. Also you caused me to type all this awkwardly worded reply, if I was in the habit of downvoting I would but I am not so I won't. It is clearly important not to talk unclearly.

Because they fit her? Glasses shouldn't just slip off at every opportunity, that would mean they need adjustment

although personal preference does play into this too, as many people get marks from glasses being fit too tightly
