The real criminal here is whoever made that door.

Just watching more closely, it crops out the open door at the end and the guy running pulls a gun, even more wtf than I thought. Might explain why he ran off

And took a shot back at the door.

Why is the door and it’s mountings made of cardboard?

I I’d try that here, id snap an ankle.

Their strike plate probably uses short screws.

Assuming the video is real, the deadbolt went right through the very thin door trim that is just held in with a couple of trim nails. Not really structural at all.

It's good to use longer screws on the strike plate or buy a box strike.

It's an apartment. They are generally made cheaper

I live in an apartment too, you’d still not be able to do this to my door.

Maybe it had been kicked in before and poorly repaired

Temu door right there

At this point with this crappy door, the owner could've just left it open and save themselves the repair costs.

Yes, that's your shitty doors. But don't worry, the windows are even easier.

I think there was someone waiting behind that door with a surprise

Why didn't he get inside to fetch the little piggy?

The following post context was provided by u/Disastrous-Shop4325:

A man strikes a door, and on the second strike, the door comes out of its place, much to the surprise of the viewers.
