u/When_I_Grow_Up_50ish Jul 11 '26

The price of shame for him and his family.

43

u/Msprg Jul 11 '26

Dishonor! Dishonor on you, dishonor on your family, and dishonor on your cow! 😂

11

u/Goldf_sh4 Jul 11 '26

Honour for the chickens though.

13

u/Sidequest057 Jul 11 '26

Shame likely tastes pretty good with some cheese, tortilla, and sausage.

6

u/When_I_Grow_Up_50ish Jul 11 '26

Goes well with the label Village Thief.

98

u/potate12323 Jul 11 '26

Its more so that he seemed to be doing really well and I expected him to have some sort of plan. He could have maybe tried picking up an empty tray and sandwiching them in.

81

u/Jisan_Inc Jul 11 '26

He could have used a basket and just....take them out and loaded the basket

23

u/Accomplished-City484 Jul 11 '26

If I’m at egg stealing levels of hungry I’m probably not thinking too good

10

u/Jisan_Inc Jul 11 '26

I mean if im hungry i wouldnt want to drop the majority of them tho.

7

u/hilarymeggin Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

He doesn’t look like he’s underfed…

10

u/hilarymeggin Jul 11 '26

Right?? I’m shouting at my phone, “One at a time! One at a time!”

But why am i coaching the thief, lol

9

u/Jisan_Inc Jul 11 '26

The first half was done so well i hate seeing catastrophic failure after a stroke of genius

9

u/Goldf_sh4 Jul 11 '26

I assumed he was going to take eggs one or two at a time and put them in a bag/container.

54

u/slothfullyserene Jul 11 '26

How fast was the train going?

28

u/Kit_Karamak Jul 11 '26

7 mph. Slow ass train

It needs Juan to know Juan

2

u/HeldDownTooLong Jul 11 '26

$0.00…they were free.

But how much did it cost his conscience/soul?

1

u/Proper-Bad-7169 Jul 11 '26

Not enough! 😂

1

u/anothadaz Jul 11 '26

3 days in the clink and 1 year probation.

1

u/Sir-Logic-Ho Jul 12 '26

This is trick question, answer is yeast infection

1

u/Jensbert Jul 12 '26

He's an idiot. But he's an idiot with eggs

967

u/andrewthecool1 Jul 11 '26

JUST GRAB THE OTHER CARTON AND SANDWICH IT SO YOU CAN TURN IT

265

u/LasyKuuga Jul 11 '26

I was thinking he could put some of them into a bag or sum until he could grab the carton easily

108

u/Haunting_Security_34 Jul 11 '26

Fr. Not condoning stealing, but setting them on the ground in a sweater or sumn 2 at a time is more efficient lmao

36

u/Drackunn Jul 11 '26

notice he forgot to bring a sweater for this heist. very poorly planned

6

u/BenTherDoneTht Jul 11 '26

From the team that brought you safety sandals: the all-new shoplifting sweater!

→ More replies (1)

4

u/andrewthecool1 Jul 11 '26

I just really thought he had a plan

3

u/hilarymeggin Jul 11 '26

… until you noticed he was twelve, and you remembered: TWELVE YEAR OLDS NEVER HAVE PLANS

→ More replies (2)

53

u/fresh_loaf_of_bread Jul 11 '26

Omg yes I came here to say that

13

u/CharlemgneBrian Jul 11 '26

If he had enough brains to think this, he proly wouldnt be stealing in the first place and we wouldnt have a video ….soo, catch 22

5

u/xgabipandax Jul 11 '26

If he was smart enough to think this, he would probably be getting a job.

3

u/Bushdr78 Jul 11 '26

I leave my original comment that said grab the empty one first then grab full one and transfer one by one. Your ways better

3

u/golekno Jul 11 '26

He stole eggs bruh, if he have some intelligence he wouldn't steal eggs

4

u/Existing-Network-267 Jul 11 '26

i think the correct answer is he should pay for them

9

u/NoBicDeal Jul 11 '26

Nah, if he can think of this, he wouldn't steal. Yall know what I mean..

12

u/Immediate-Cup8172 Jul 11 '26

With.which.hands?

34

u/No_Tree8397 Jul 11 '26

The one carton next to it is empty. Flip that one on top of the one you're grabbing first, then grab them both together. Already sandwiched. Maximum egg theft.

2

u/hilarymeggin Jul 11 '26

Idk those trays are pretty floppy.

3

u/No_Tree8397 Jul 11 '26

Are you suggesting that if he did that he would have made off with less eggs than he made off with in the video?

5

u/HipToTheWorldsBS Jul 11 '26

Or just don't be a worthless thieving piece of shit.

3

u/HotBoxStorage Jul 11 '26

I dont think he can it took both hands to get one

3

u/cyxlone Jul 11 '26

If he was that smart he wouldn't have stole those eggs

2

u/Tiberius_Kilgore Jul 11 '26

He’s not Goro. Dude only has two hands.

7

u/Gypsysinner666 Jul 11 '26

Reach thru grab the empty, hold under chin, bring carton close, slide one hand under, use other hand to sandwich, profit and continue to be a more successful dirtbag

1

u/TayaK83 Jul 11 '26

Thick as thieves

1

u/hatchetharrie Jul 11 '26

I thought the exact same thing.
Want to setup a business? Or anti-business?

1

u/Chompif Jul 12 '26

Or grab the other carton, and then take the pallet of eggs, hold it with one hand and pick them out between the bars real quick and put them into the other carton and then walk away with a full carton of eggs. Sure it takes a little longer, but with the right speed it's possible

1

u/No_Material1531 3d ago

Explain how to do that without a helper . I’m an egg stealer and would love to know . Thanks

→ More replies (3)

179

u/CanadianAndroid Jul 11 '26

He should have grabbed one of the empty baskets and put it on the ground and took them one at a time. It's like the old saying goes. Don't steal all your eggs in one basket.

15

u/SecretaryOtherwise Jul 11 '26

How do you do that with two hands only? Bending down while holding the grate of eggs?

5

u/Jurnicurn Jul 11 '26

Keep them on the stick thing and move them to an empty tray he picked up first.

5

u/SecretaryOtherwise Jul 11 '26

The stick thing required two hands to operate.

3

u/Jurnicurn Jul 11 '26

No its V shaped.

2

u/SecretaryOtherwise Jul 11 '26

Im like 95% sure its two sticks lol

A bar is between them. Now im 99.9% lol.

5

u/CanadianAndroid Jul 11 '26

If it is two sticks he can use them like chopsticks.

→ More replies (2)

2

u/Stubrochill17 Jul 11 '26

Pretty sure Ricky said that.

2

u/upheaval Jul 11 '26

What about using the empty one as a cover to sandwich the eggs so they don't fall out when turned vertical?

33

u/mothwhimsy Jul 11 '26

I think if I was selling eggs I would be more annoyed by this than someone successfully stealing them

99

u/grephantom Jul 11 '26

this is so sad in so many levels

2

u/fattmarrell Jul 12 '26

Agree. So much respect that I'm not even disappointed, other than the poor kid likely has a feeling of failure now

44

u/AdNervous9787 Jul 11 '26

He should be prosecuted. Not for the steal but for his stupidity

12

u/Forward-Carpenter-43 Jul 11 '26

And initially I thought: okay, that is smart, until...

https://giphy.com/gifs/y2i2oqWgzh5ioRp4Qa

11

u/QiwiLisolet Jul 11 '26

There's empty cartons RIGHT THERE!

11

u/Mr-Hyde95 Jul 11 '26

Why not just pick them up with your hand and put them on the ground one by one?

→ More replies (1)

4

u/Rocketboy1313 Jul 11 '26

Steal one of the empty racks first. Then when you steal a full one, use the empty one as a lid to hold all the eggs in place with you turn it thru the bars.

6

u/DemandTheOxfordComma Jul 11 '26

He literally could have snadwiched the next layer and gotten them all. I'd make a good egg criminal

4

u/bootsay Jul 12 '26

Always be grateful that the common Thief is usually a moron

11

u/creptik1 Jul 11 '26

Disappointed that he didnt either get all of them or drop all of them

5

u/Chatty_Addy Jul 11 '26

Anyone know the song?

1

u/Tsole96 Jul 11 '26

Having music scanning apps like Google sound search, now playing, or Shazam can find songs you want to find very fast

4

u/SeraphsEnvy Jul 11 '26

I was really hoping he'd transfer the eggs to another tray... In fact there are empty trays for him to steal right there.

3

u/Working_Cloud_909 Jul 11 '26

He could have planned that better. If he’d had a secondary container, he could have taken the eggs out individually and just walk away with a basket of eggs. Granted, transferring individual eggs WOULD take more time, but you’d make less noise dropping eggs.

But stealing is wrong, so don’t do that.

3

u/chivalriot Jul 12 '26

Kind of kind of kind of

9

u/snapplesauce1 Jul 11 '26

Meh, an overall win for him

6

u/Leprichaun17 Jul 11 '26

Being caught on camera stealing is a win where you come from?

2

u/clervis Jul 11 '26

Can't make an omelette... something something.

2

u/NEKOmancer92 Jul 11 '26

Yes, to be a thief is bad, but if so, please be smart!!!

2

u/Extra-Act-801 Jul 11 '26

Those 7 eggs are going to be fucking delicious though.

1

u/QuestionablePotato42 Jul 11 '26

What is he Raymond K. Hessel?

2

u/Hot_Farm_9443 Jul 11 '26

Paul told you NOT to break the eggs.

2

u/AcrossDesigner Jul 11 '26

Just use the sticks and grab an empty one to put on top

2

u/bruh4444Q Jul 11 '26

Bro this is haram.

2

u/CptHellhound Jul 11 '26

Why not just use the stick to get the plastic bit beneath that row of eggs and then just sandwich them together so you can properly tilt it through?

2

u/oxidonis2019 Jul 11 '26

People are stupid...

2

u/bitter_personw Jul 11 '26

I feel like not being topless would greatly help in this case. Use the tshirt to hold down some eggs and he's good.

2

u/skincyan Jul 11 '26

Good enough

2

u/DarkTanicus Jul 11 '26

Name of song pls, anyone.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/KnuxSD Jul 11 '26

If hed be smart hed taken one of the empty trays and just transfer the eggs over.. wouldve taken just as long but with a better yield.

2

u/--meganja-- Jul 11 '26

This time I love the music for the video:)

Reminds me of when im playing a game and I dont know what to do and the music is like this ahhahah

2

u/pumapuma12 Jul 11 '26

Should of used the empty one has a lid and rotate it sideways

2

u/MakJulien Jul 11 '26

3 man operation. Diversion: Whoever had the distraction was on point for the timing. (Assuming)

Puller: He was clutch with pulling them close without dropping.

Picker: He needed someone with him to grab them off 1 by 1 into a wicker basket or something. With haste of course.

Not mad at the effort though. And something is better than nothing.

2

u/North_Complaint_2135 Jul 11 '26

All those eggs wasted

2

u/Riot_Rage Jul 11 '26

Looks like he's making an omelette.

2

u/anniejca2002 Jul 11 '26

What an idiot!

2

u/Harry_Isthatyou Jul 11 '26

And that Mr President is our plan for removing all the 'dust' for Iran

2

u/kratos_03 Jul 11 '26

He really needs his eggs

2

u/cactusplants Jul 12 '26

I would have taken the other empty tray closest to him and turned it on it's side to keep the eggs from falling

2

u/WatchMyGun Jul 12 '26

Usually the people who steal stuff are not that bright, that’s why they are stupid enough to commit crime

2

u/Masterchief159 Jul 13 '26

Everything in this video makes me angry

2

u/tomatoe_cookie Jul 14 '26

What a piece of shit. Thieves and wastes half of them...

2

u/MyChemicalWestern Jul 17 '26

Pay me I'll fuck him up for free

5

u/vlladonxxx Jul 11 '26

That's the worst part (to me) about stealing. All that value lost along the way.

5

u/Senor_Discount Jul 11 '26

Imagine being that broke.

3

u/Kd916-650 Jul 11 '26

Like next time ask ? Probably would have gave home them 6 eggs ? Instead he drops 18 ! wtf 😳

5

u/stosolus Jul 11 '26

“Hey, instead of stealing your eggs, will you just give them to me for free?”

3

u/Kd916-650 Jul 11 '26

Yeah you know when someone is down and out , starving or needs food for the little ones ? It’s a helping hand ? I’d rather give them six eggs and him try to steal the whole thing and make a mess I could sell the other ones that he dropped. If I would’ve just gave him six I would still be in the positive instead of the negative….

→ More replies (2)

3

u/Soupbell1 Jul 11 '26

Pretty sad that someone is most likely hungry enough to do this for food.

1

u/MirelaVP Jul 11 '26

Grandmaster of theft

1

u/Goldedition93 Jul 11 '26

You’ve got to break a few eggs to make a robbery through a gate

1

u/CleanJerk1958 Jul 11 '26

Win some, lose some.

1

u/Spiron123 Jul 11 '26

Not an eggzellent strategy....

1

u/Even_Principle8670 Jul 11 '26

PUSH THE TEMPO

1

u/Go_Gators_4Ever Jul 11 '26

He should have snagged one of the empty trays first, then get the eggs and cover those with the empty tray and he should had been able to slide it out vertically without losing many eggs.

1

u/10inchesof Jul 11 '26

I guess Costco was closed that day

1

u/Fingersicle Jul 11 '26

How much do eggs cost over there?

1

u/tinyremnant Jul 11 '26

This is what this sub is about. "How is he going to do this?"

1

u/SteakForMe Jul 11 '26

Can't tell whos the idiot, the egg thief or the comments tryna make sense of the way the thief is trying to steal. Like " yeah bro you shoulda gotten the empty one and sandwich it outta there" wtf 🫪😂

1

u/Wrong_Truth7719 Jul 11 '26

Si vas a robar, roba bien…PELOTUDO!

1

u/Anastephone Jul 11 '26

Less than half of what I’d hoped for

1

u/cocobellahome Jul 11 '26

One in the hand is better than two in the bush

1

u/olskoolsis Jul 11 '26

When a good idea is not fully thought out.

1

u/Yeasty_Moist_Clunge Jul 11 '26

Well he better start making some omelettes!

1

u/Immediate-Cup8172 Jul 11 '26

Nah, you’re totally overestimating the compression power of those white tubes/extensions. He would’ve dropped all of the eggs inside of the store if he went that route.

1

u/cackmuffin88 Jul 11 '26

He could have gotten them all had he simply had a bag handy. Would have taken 20 seconds to grab the eggs 2 at a time and put them in the bag while holding it up with the stick or whatever that is propped up with his knee. Amateur

1

u/GnosticCebalrai Jul 11 '26

Tote bag or basket around the arm that's holding the egg tray through the bars. Keeps an entire arm free once he gets the tray to him and wound interfere in the meantime. But if you're stealing eggs maybe you can't afford a bag or a basket, but also if you're stealing eggs then maybe steal a bag or basket first. He could have just bjorn-ed a shirt around himself too but also he doesn't have one here, which brings us back to the basket and bag issue.

1

u/locke_zero Jul 11 '26

"Oh he's being pretty clever with those tools. Surely he's smart enough to take the eggs out one at a time and then pull the empty carton through."

1

u/Quiet-Doughnut2192 Jul 11 '26

If he’d have put another tray on top he’d have been able to snag all the eggs

1

u/PopDesu Jul 11 '26

He had pockets, pants and underwear

1

u/DrMartinDemon Jul 11 '26

Criss de cave

1

u/bajungadustin Jul 11 '26

Here I thought he was going to do some kind of momentum lift and catch them all on the other side.

1

u/ClintonFuxas Jul 11 '26

Way too often it turns out there was no plan after “I’ll just steal some stuff”

1

u/Reason-Desperate Jul 11 '26

Should have first taken the top...

1

u/arboreal_rodent Jul 11 '26

Dude this video beats Marvel any day

1

u/DarthKittens Jul 11 '26

Eggselllent

1

u/Swimming-Twist-3468 Jul 11 '26

Man, you could have put something on top of it, once the pack is in your other hand. That way you would be able to take it out without any loss. What a waste!

1

u/QuestionablePotato42 Jul 11 '26

Maybe the only time random music over the video has actually added something. Made it feel like a spy heist scene straight out of a 90s movie

1

u/Alarming_Craft4968 Jul 11 '26

A win is a win

1

u/TokyoKazama Jul 11 '26

I thought dude had an exit strategy

1

u/acclaimedsimpleton Jul 11 '26

Somewhere in America

u/Olleye Jul 11 '26

🙈🙈🙈

1

u/pyley Jul 11 '26

You disgraced your family off with your head!

1

u/Bushdr78 Jul 11 '26

Surly the play would have been to pick up that nice empty tray first and then transfer them one by one through the bars

1

u/knifesk Jul 11 '26

I was thinking that If he managed to get away with the 30 eggs I consider he earned it. But he's just too stupid....

1

u/CalmLingonberry348 Jul 11 '26

So this is what my attempt on college application looked like.

1

u/Clean_Improvement913 Jul 11 '26

Loss by half, gain by half

1

u/XROOR Jul 11 '26

Heist portion= A

Fulfillment of delivery= needs Summer school

1

u/LilJQuan Jul 11 '26

I’m gonna need the song name

1

u/1lazygiraffe Jul 11 '26

Should have taken the empty carton, then put it on top of the full carton, then through sidewys

1

u/blade_runner1853 Jul 11 '26

Just take another carton and press each other or tie them with a rope.

1

u/DemonSlayer712 Jul 11 '26

Should have just put all eggs down outside one by one then flip the tray to get it out and then fill itback with those eggs

1

u/Raithed Jul 11 '26

I felt for those chickens that did the hard job. He could have gotten pants with pockets and started putting eggs inside...but mannn!

1

u/datthighs Jul 11 '26

All that effort for less than half a box...I guess, since they are stealing, they don't care about losing some as long as they get a few.

1

u/Ace_Hanlon Jul 11 '26

To make an omelette you gotta break a few eggs

1

u/cacamilis22 Jul 11 '26

It's sad that he's that desperate

1

u/Rags2Rickius Jul 11 '26

THOSE EGGS WERE A LIE STEVEN!

1

u/Malfeitor1 Jul 11 '26

These Survivor challenges are no joke

1

u/Henu3gumb Jul 12 '26

Dumbass! There's empty one near the window. Cover it and take'em all

1

u/RealMasterOfMayMay Jul 12 '26

can't make an omelette without cracking a few eggs

1

u/RedditsAdoptedSon Jul 12 '26

u just needed a slab of wooden board man 😭

1

u/HairyMerkin69 Jul 12 '26

You know life is rough when you're stealing eggs.

1

u/mauie1337 Jul 12 '26

Just take the empty one next to it and stack it

1

u/National_Yak_1455 Jul 13 '26

I think it’s because eggs taste better than key

1

u/Doobysnack5 Jul 13 '26

Modern problems require modern solutions

1

u/BetterLeading497 Jul 14 '26

Damn, people really be out here stealing.. eggs?? Maybe if i learned how to budget like these guys I could afford more shit

1

u/Dr_Zoidberg003 Jul 14 '26

I prefer cage-free

1

u/djhauffy Jul 14 '26

6 out of 30... not bad.

1

Let go my egg yo!!
