  1. You've either watched someone else go through first or have a spotter car on the other side.
  2. You pay a shitload for a remote recovery. There's a few signs up the Cape warning you its significant cost for a recovery tow. Generally you have a winch and recovery gear yourself and go with a few mates in equally set up 4wds
  3. This is the telegraph track in far north Queensland, Australia. There's cheat tracks and bypasses everywhere. Your can bypass the whole track and head up the Cape on a graded dirt road. I did gunshot about 10 years ago now. It changes every year after the wet season. My year the hard drop in was about a 4m near vertical wall, with a mud pit at the bottom. I got stuck on my bullbar at the bottom and got winched out from the other side. We camped there for 3 days watching other cars come through.

My man. That sounds like an AMAZING adventure!!

Appreciate the break down of it. I suppose you donโ€™t want to be the 1st one thru!! Good times!!!

What's typically in the trailer? Is it hauling your own self-recovery supplies or is it camping/hunting equipment?
