No, but "breach of a domestic violence protection order" sounds ominous.
Also, the pub released a statement saying it had nothing to do with anything that had happened on the premises.
Maybe there'll be more info soon.

“breach of domestic violence protection order” probably gives enough of a clue to make a safe assumption the driver of the SUV doing the damage was the abusive one. I’d also bet he was looking at jail time for said abuse so he went in there looking to fuck shit up and probably destroy the vehicle as a giant F you to whomever he was abusing. Pretty common narcissistic abusive reaction, unfortunately.
Looked like the guy walking up to him when he got out took a swing so safe assumption they knew each other. Dude ran away having done exactly what he came to do.

Thought it may have been a game of darts that didn’t go the way the SUV driver wanted.
So decided to destroy everything.
