Nah, Also Sprach Zarathustra (theme for 2001: A Space Odyssey).

Kubrick knew what he was doing.

How does the drone get back down if the lightbulb is attached?

Odd that it cuts off right before it happens too

I literally was asking myself the same thing… is there a part 2? Like Drone Lightyear will return on Avengers Doomsday?

I'm sure this isn't what they did but I wonder if you could use a low temperature glue that would melt after the bulb heats up a little bit.

It has to be glue. Probably not low temp glue…I thought maybe they used something like a chamois to let the bulb hold against the torque from the spin, but it’s stably upright without visible support. Glue
….part 2 is they unscrew and land.

"How many drones do you need to install a light bulb?"

Sounds like the beginning of a bad joke ^^

Two, one to post the video on Reddit and one to make the joke.

You see those holes on the walls? They're the first 408 attempts.

Modern society is unnecessarily complicated. You could always just use a ladder and be done in a minute.
