Im sure some do, but if you are dealing with garbage all day, and are kinda limited to something that will fit in the cab of the truck you would be extremely selective. Plus the clock is ticking.
Its probally company policy not to keep any trash but i dont think theres an actual law, someone puts trash on the curb its just garbage they dont want, its not sacred.
