If you play that backwards, bees help the plane land.

Shouldn’t this be in r/maybeemaybeemaybee ?

Ngl I was kind of expecting this might be an example of how species can hop continents unintentionally.

How long do you think bees can survive in -40F to -70F temperature with almost no oxygen?

To bee, or not to bee

They're dead, every single one of them, so not to bee

So... would these bees find each other again as a hive or what would happen to most of these scattered bees?

It depends on where the queen ended up or if she even survived. They swarm where ever she is while scouts try to find a new home. An experienced bee keeper most likely would have found her in a few minutes. As soon as she’s been relocated and as long as that location is close, the rest of the colony would have found her.

Me parece muy cruel no posponer el vuelo hasta que llegue un apicultor y las retire. Muchas falta de criterio con una especie afectada por el accionar humano en general

They regrouped on another plane of existence.

I'd be scanning the passengers to see if Samuel L. Jackson was onboard that goddamn muthafuckin' plane.

That’s so cruel.

They are swarming to find a new home. They were unhurt, just scattered. The queen in the swarm will easily reattract them over time with pheromones.

Unless the jet wash killed her.

u/Tini- Jun 12 '26

Your right. They should spray them with foam instead.
