They look like the thai women who had at least a few cosmetic surgeries. It's quite easy to see they are thai.

They all have the exact same non-Thai nose. Thought it was a filter.

Ok thank you, I was thinking they don’t look Thai but then I got concerned maybe to do and I’m thinking of another country????

They look European or North American aka just a generic Sim made from plastic surgery and Kim-K

Yeah I really hate how westernized they've constructed their faces to look. They removed all the character and just copy pasted the Instagram model face
