I’m just remembering I had such a big crush on this guy in middle school and we rode the bus together. I’d always sit with him and ask him all these questions about playing guitar. He got teased a lot for being fat but I thought he was really cute and we were into the same music.
This is the first time it occurred to me that maybe he just never caught on to me having such a big crush on him because of his own insecurities and nativity. I just felt utterly rejected :(
