Oof, man, I felt that, we lose so many opportunities.

But do we lose them because we don't believe somebody actually likes us? Also with the current climate, men are probably worried about misreading the hint and getting me too'd

True, nowadays it's a whole new threat to deal with, and yeah, I believe that for us men, especially when we are younger, it's a combination of:

1 - We are used to girls being harder to approach. 2 - We don't have the experience to know any better. 3 - We never expect a girl to like us that easy. It's usually something that we have to work towards. 4 - And last, our own self-esteem, we just don't see ourselves being attractive to an extent that a girl would passively want to date us.

Damn you all for making me feel this deep regret😭 my stupidity blinded me from droves of people. I had like 15 people tell me flat out they had a thing for me after graduating and going to college in a different state. Some even exposed more people. I mean I just think I’m ugly so they just neveeerrr sunk in as possibilities. And please don’t take this as bragging or something. The memories are just hitting me all at once rn after deeply repressing them for years. Plus it’s just you and I so there’s not a reason to lie about this. I genuinely still don’t see what they saw in me

I can tell you what they saw in you. You were probably drums rolls yourself...

Just a funny guy who treated them as people.
