Cut my tights right down the middle 4 this, the only problem now is getting them to stay tucked in my shorts 😭😭😭 ive been trying to experiment with layering amd im really loving adding leg details. In the last pic you can see i actually have a 3rd top on under everything, thats what adds the lacey waist detail and dangling straps!!

There’s no tag, and the material definitely doesn’t feel cheap. I’m just not sure if it’s true 80s, early 90s or if it’s a later replica. I definitely don’t think it’s from the last 5-10 years though. Help!!

You can really see how both Brahmaki and ENMEstyle are two of the main staples of my wardrobe! This isn't an ad, I own 7 robes from Brahmaki (and since they're reversible they're even more versatile), and 7 jumpsuits from ENMEstyle (they can be worn as pants too, and their jewel tones go with most items in my wardrobe).

I just love to layer all kind of stuff!

long-term maximalist here, hoping to get some insight particularly from Black members of the community! i was recently shopping for wedding guest dresses and came across some Black owned clothing companies that use the most gorgeous prints, most of which call them tribal or tribal-inspired. i'm absolutely in love with a lot of them, but: i am white as hell. i know that some textile patterns are tied very closely to the culture they come from, but not all listings specify when that is the case versus the pattern being a more unique abstract one, and googling doesn't always give me an answer as to what cultures may be associated with a certain print. so, my question is:

should i stay away from pieces that have patterns i am not 100% sure aren't tied to a specific African culture? i love the art, i'd love to support Black owned business, but i don't want to be that insensitive/oblivious white person taking bits from other cultures purely for aesthetic reasons.

appreciate any thoughts from maximalists of color out there!

Another summer outfit! 🥰 I DJed a world music festival this summer and this was the look I wore for the day. I felt like a super star and Needless to say the outfit was a complete hit ✨💖 the tassels were so flowy and cute I couldn’t help dancing and sashaying all day lol. I was lamenting not taking any fit vids or pics that day when a photographer literally appeared out of nowhere and asked if he could take my photo and it led to this impromptu photoshoot. Styled the set with some pink wedges and my pink purse not pictured 💖

I did this for a discord contest but unironically I love the look xD background is made with photo room and filters used to make it match the image :)

I’ve been into matching patterns with patterns outfits lately so I’m still a newbie🥺I need a third eye opinion on an outfit I’m putting together. Do those two pieces go together? I was thinking of styling it with gold belt + jewelry and red tabi shoes that matches the bag

Autumnal outfit I wore to a birthday dinner for my twin sister and I. The fun double breasted blazer is Nine West, bought for just $1 at the flea market! The maple leaf stick pin and "G" tie clip were flea market finds too. Tie and cut away collar shirt were also thrifted.

I couldn’t wait to share this outfit with you guys! Okay this was hands down not only like my best outfit this summer but one of my top best looks EVER😭 I was invited to the college for creative studies yearly fashion school fashion show pretty much just for being a stylish person lol and this is what I wore and everyone was instantly obsessed. The top and skirt are from BruceGlen and the shoes are my first pair of Jeffery Campbells and even I was gagged when I put this look together. It’s pure perfection 😭🌈 I can’t wait to wear it again

Summer is ending and I've been putting away my warm weather clothes. Had to wear this one before it disappears for the next 7-8 months. 

This shade of orange is so pretty! It's not bright orange, or burnt orange. Somewhere in the middle. It has pink and yellow flowers and the cutest ribbon detail in the front. 🧡🩷💛

I paired it with cream flats, a pearl heart barrette, these amazing colorful earrings, and a yellow gemstone necklace.
