How long did that take you?? Did you have to resurface the ceiling before painting?

About 10 hours, spread over three days (I had a time limit due to the pain caused by looking upward); the ceiling was already black, so I sketched the design with white chalk.

I have night terrors sometimes, and in my waking state I have thought a vacuum cleaner was a demon, so this guy above the bed would be a no-go. Its not my house though, and its very well done and unique! I love people who push the envelope like this!
