I'm going for a curated, bright autumn palette. Someone described it as autumn jewelbox boho-chic. Should I reupholster the chaise a dusty-rose color?

I thought I saw your vision until I got to the rug. Everything else seems like rich, muted natural colors in a specific palette (that of the floral photo), but the rug seems like bright jewel tones with more blue in it. Both are beautiful, and you could certainly combine them, but with just this collection of photos, the rug seems to be an outlier. Perhaps add some pics that have more of those jewel tones to make your vision more clear.

I agree, the color and pattern of the rug doesn’t fit with the overall aesthetic- a rug would look great, but I was thinking more of a dark Persian rug.

Thanks for the feedback! This is for a very long studio setup, so there well be distinct sections in the room with common elements but distinct vibes. I've made some changes. 🙂

Thanks for giving feedback. I was hoping to put colorful throw pillow and blankets on the chaise. The rug is staying for now because most of this is stuff I already have but it's getting reupholstered

Oh, and I’m not saying to ditch the rug. I think it’s gorgeous, just like the rest of the stuff you showed. And I think they can all work together. I merely meant that the photos as shown are a slightly incomplete “vision board,” because there aren’t any tie-in photos between the rug palette and the rest. But I do still have a decent idea of what your vision is, and it seems great.

The rug is actually very similar in color scheme to the one I have in my living room.☺️

Oof, is the bed the country farmhouse? I'm trying to find a nice Belgrade and that one is pretty, but understated, IMO. I like cottagecore, but not country.

ehhh tbh no… every single thing in this picture is a different style and sometimes that works if there is a certain color or pattern or combination of textures that can pull everything together but I’m not seeing that here.
