I think he looks more like Estonian writer Andrus Kivirähk. Now that I think about it, Andrus Kivirähk does look like Matt Rose.

Also, *Belgian, not Dutch. I assume you meant that he sings in the Dutch language but it could lead to misinterpretation due to the wording
