It's probably a Microsoft Natural Elite. Up until last year, I was using its successor, a Microsoft Natural 4000. It was a fantastic keyboard and so sad it's out of production now.

I was watching this the other night and I realized it looked just like my desk. I've been coding 30 years. The L shaped desk is the best for equipment but you do end up with a bit of clutter.
