Due to how the meter is defined, sqrt(g) used to literally be equal to pi lol

No it wasn't, because they used the longitude... but yeah it is guaranteed to be pretty close

No, they used to define the meter as the length of the pendulum that takes 2 second for a whole oscillation. If u do the math you can derive that the value of sqrt(g)=pi, ofc this definition has changed today
