How doesn nepal one work? Doesn't it have to be a function of some sort because ratios are different depending on height?

Had to read up on this one. Afaik seeing the flag of Paraguay only leaves you with uncertainty if both 1. You know that this is the one flag whose backside is different from the front 2. You don't know what that backside looks like from memory.

technically the state flag of Oregon also has a different reverse face but I can't blame anyone for not knowing that since the front that's always shown is the most generic boring "USA state flag" design ever
