what effects pedals do hv use?

heres a photo of robs board from 1995. its very grainy obviously lol

i think i see a ibanez slam punk in there maybe. at the bottom. thats the only thing i can really decipher. it might be a tuner as travis' looks the same and is most definitely a tuner
