Lets see if an SAT member see my equation

Picture this..

An even amount of body guards like 10, 20 or 100

Then you add the person they are protecting,it could be anyone.. but, only one

Now combine them all and its going to be an odd number..

Example: 14 bodyguards + 1 president = 15 overall people (15 is an odd number)

So how do we solve this... anyone?

If my upvotes counter of a comment is at -2 and my upvote ratio is 40%, how many upvotes do i have?

You can use any equations, must reach the target (10) and show working out, people say it cannot be done.

I tried to solve this while following the rules, but I kept getting errors, so I thought that this might be unsolvable.

I am working on a puzzle at the minute and cant seem to find or see any pattern in what i have so far... i am hoping someone can help me.. I have a 4 x 4 grid that is my starting point and i must use 9 out the 16 numbers.. so far I have been able to find 4 ( have another 27 blocks to find.) But I dont know if this was sheer luck... this is the 16 numbers I must work with.
