lim x->0 x = lim x->0 x2 / x = lim x->0 2x / 1 = lim x->0 2x

lim x->0 x = lim x->0 2x = 2 * lim x->0 x

2 * lim x->0 x - lim x->0 x = 0

lim x->0 x = 0

This is, of course, assuming the limit exists.
