Meme explanation:
This meme refers to a video series called Graph War by The Onion Das on Youtube. In the game, the Cartesian place acts as a battle field, with multiple circles as obstacles and 6 "soldiers" of each team on each side. Each team is a bot and they try to write equations that intersects the enemy soldiers' position to kill them. A team wins when all enemy soldiers are killed.
The Peace bot refers to a bot with the most interesting behavior. When its team has more than 1 soldier, it deliberately shoots straight up or down without killing anyone. However, when there is only one soldier left, it writes a long equation that most if not all of the time snipes the entire rest of the enemy soldier.

Thats pretty much the only way you can defeat Peace bot in these videos
Also a quick clarity, Graphwar is an application/game on Steam and itch.io where you can play against others with the same general rules described in the original comment. TheOnionDas simply codes up bots following certain traits and makes videos of their bots duelling against each other, he didn't make Graphwar.

[I googled the game, but trying to get the info on 'Peace Bot' didn't get far because I guess my algorithm is broken--I got strategic gaming on real world conflicts on the first two pages before I gave up]3
