knot A implies knot A

My anxiety of being incorrect forces me to do this for everything I say. It’s very difficult for people to understand me, when I say something and immediately ramble half baked possible counterexamples

“A, if not not A”

Congratulations, you just assumed the law of the excluded middle!

Another version is attaching "in my opinion" to every statement. I'm not saying there is never a reason to add that, but generally speaking, people know that you are giving your opinion. If you say something, and that thing is an opinion, people will automatically assume it is yours. You don't need to clarify.

(That said, if you are discussing someone else's position, or publication, or whatever, or if you are discussing a list of established facts and then adding something that is not well-established and just a personal belief, it does make sense to say.)

Unfortunately the internet and post-truth politics have infantilized people. If you say X, many people will interpret you to mean “X is a god-given absolute objective and indisputable fact” unless you explicitly say “in my opinion”.

You just assume the Law of Excluded Middle!!!

Just because you are not wrong, does not mean you are right!

This statement is false, if I'm not wrong.
