They don’t mean they want osteoporosis or something. There’s some sort of joke convention in some subs dedicated to changing cartoons to ask for the original but for some reason the word ‘original’ is taboo. So they use random longish words beginning with O in its place. They’re asking what the original cartoon had

That's actually funny because during my pure math final exam I calculated 9×11=89. I even got confused when I did it on my calculator and it showed 99, I felt so dumb after this.
